The service
Yardie connects you with local lawn care visits — mowing, edging, blowing, and add-ons — in Davis, Weber, Salt Lake, Box Elder, and Morgan counties in Utah. You book a visit, we show up in the scheduled window and do the work.
Booking and payment
One-time visits are charged in full when you book. Autopilot plans are recurring subscriptions billed at the plan frequency you choose (weekly, every two weeks, or monthly). All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices shown at checkout include any plan discounts, referral credits, and loyalty rewards applied to that visit.
Skipping and canceling
You can skip or reschedule any visit from your dashboard before the scheduled day — skipping a visit does not cancel your Autopilot plan. Canceling Autopilot stops future billing and ends the subscription; visits already paid for are still honored. If we can't complete a visit because of weather or access issues, we'll reschedule it at no charge.
Your yard, your responsibilities
Please make sure the yard is accessible on visit day — gates unlocked, pets inside, and hoses or toys picked up. If we can't safely access the yard, the visit may be skipped and rescheduled. Let us know about sprinklers, invisible fencing, or anything fragile before we arrive.
Referrals and loyalty
Referral codes and loyalty rewards are credits applied at checkout. They have no cash value, can't be transferred, and we may adjust or end the programs with notice. Credits earned fairly are always honored.
Liability
We carry insurance and treat your property like our own. If we damage something, tell us within 48 hours and we'll make it right. We're not responsible for pre-existing damage, items left in the yard, or conditions we couldn't reasonably see.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll post the new version here and update the date below. Continuing to book after a change means you accept the new terms.
