What we collect

Your name, email, phone number, and service address — the things we need to mow the right yard and reach you. If you pay by card, payment details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. If you opt in to texts, we store that preference with your phone number.

How we use it

To schedule and complete your visits, charge you for the work, send booking confirmations and visit reminders, and run the referral and loyalty programs you joined. That's the list. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with advertisers.

Who sees it

The crew assigned to your visit sees your name, address, and any yard notes. Our service providers — Stripe for payments, Google for address lookup, and our hosting and database providers — process only what's needed to run the site, under their own privacy terms.

Messages

If you opt in to SMS, we text visit reminders and schedule changes. Reply STOP anytime to end texts; you'll still get email confirmations. We never text marketing you didn't ask for.

Your choices

You can update your details from the dashboard anytime. Want your account and history deleted? Ask us from the dashboard and we'll remove everything we're not legally required to keep (like payment records for tax purposes).

Security

Account access is protected by sign-in, payments run over Stripe's encrypted checkout, and the database enforces row-level access rules so accounts can only see their own bookings.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes up here with a fresh date. Big changes get an email heads-up too.

This is a starter policy written in plain language — have a lawyer review it before launch to make sure it fits your obligations.
